Emmerson Boyce is a defender for Wigan Athletic who plays in the right-back berth but is equally as comfortable anywhere along the back line. He began his career at Luton Town making almost 200 appearances for the Hatters and then had two seasons with Crystal Palace before joining the Latics in July 2006. Emmerson is a strong player with pace and the ability to get forward. He has earned international recognition with Barbados winning two full caps back in 2008.
