Elliot Richards is a teenaged striker who was in his second season as a professional with Bristol Rovers in 2010-11. Elliot has a good scoring record in youth football for the Pirates. A regular member of the first-team squad he had to be content with sporadic appearances from the bench but made his first League start in an exciting match against Plymouth Argyle at the Memorial Stadium. Elliot scored his first senior goal in the final match of the season at Colchester.
