David McNamee Biography
David McNamee is an experienced right back who was in his third season with Plymouth Argyle in 2009-10. Signed from Coventry City in the summer of 2008 he was affected by a string of injuries that restricted his availability and in May 2010 he was released. After a spell training with Motherwell, David signed for Aberdeen on a short-term contract in December 2010. David began his career with St Mirren and also had spells with Blackburn Rovers and Livingston before joining the Sky Blues. A highlight of his career came when he featured in the Livingston side that defeated Hibernian to win the Scottish League Cup final in 2003-04. David has won four full caps for Scotland, his most recent appearance coming against Japan in May 2006.
