Darius
Vassell is an experienced striker who joined Leicester City as a free agent in
October 2010.
Darius is a pacy player with good ball control and an eye for
goal. He made his debut for the Foxes at Barnsley and retained his place for the
remainder of the season as the team fought their way to the play-offs.
Darius
began his career with Aston Villa, then spent four seasons at Manchester City
and has made over 250 Premier League appearances. He spent the 2009-10 season
with Turkish Super Lig club Ankaragucu. Darius won 22 caps for England between
2002 and 2004.
