Danny Simpson Biography

Danny Simpson is a defender who signed terms with Newcastle United in January 2010 after impressing in a loan spell at St James' Park.

Danny established himself as the regular right back during United's Championship winning team but missed the first few weeks of 2010-11 while recovering from injury.

On his return he produced some consistent performances and retained his place in the team through to the end of the season.

Danny began his career at Manchester United gaining experience in a series of loan spells before his move to Tyneside.
