Chris Morgan

Chris Morgan is an experienced central defender who captains Sheffield United. Chris is a solid centre back who is strong in the air and dominates opposing strikers. He is a key player at the club noted for his leadership skills both on and off the pitch. 

Unfortunately he suffered a knee injury playing against Coventry City in October 2010 and this sidelined him for the remainder of the season. However, after Danny Wilson's arrival Chris was named as player-coach for the 2011-12 season. 

Chris made over 200 senior appearances for Barnsley before arriving at United in the summer of 2003.
