Chris Lewington Biography

Chris Lewington is a young goalkeeper who signed for Dagenham & Redbridge in the summer of 2009.

Chris was a regular on the substitutes' bench during 2009-10 and in 2010-11 continued as back-up ‘keeper for Tony Roberts. Chris made his senior debut in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in August and went on to make his first Football League appearance at Southampton in November.

He made occasional further first-team appearances as he continues to build up his experience. Chris previously played for a number of non-league clubs before moving from Isthmian League club Leatherhead to join the Daggers.
