Caleb Folan is an experienced striker who signed for Hull City shortly after the start of the 2007-08 campaign.

He featured regularly in his first season at the KC Stadium, scoring eight goals and featuring from the bench in the play-off final at Wembley, which saw the club gain promotion to the Premier League.

He went on to score the winner in the club’s first-ever victory in the top flight, against Fulham, but was mostly used as a substitute by the Tigers.

After joining Middlesbrough in a three-month loan arrangement in 2009-10, he managed just one appearance for the Teessiders before suffering an injury.

Caleb continued to suffer from injury problems during 2010-11 and in March 2011 he left the club, signing for Colorado Rapids of the MLS. Caleb, who began his career as a trainee with Leeds United, played for Chesterfield and Wigan before joining Hull.
