Adam El-Abd Biography
Adam El-Abd is a versatile defender for League One club Brighton & Hove Albion. Adam developed through the club's youth system and after signing professional terms has earned himself a regular first-team place.
He is a tall, powerful player who has appeared in each of the back-four positions as well as in a defensive midfield role.
Adam appeared regularly in the team during 2010-11 until injury kept him out at the very end of the campaign. He was a key figure for the Seagulls during the season with his performances earning him the Supporters' Player of the Year award.
