Abu Ogogo is a young right back who joined Dagenham & Redbridge in the summer of 2009 after he was released by Arsenal. Abu joined the Gunners as a youngster being converted from an attacking player into a defender during his time with the club. He became a trainee before signing a professional contract in September 2007. Abu was included on the Gunners' bench in the Carling Cup and later made his Football League debut in November 2008 during a loan spell with Barnet. Abu is a strong tackler who has pace and provides an attacking threat down the flank. He broke into the Daggers team in 2009-10 and was then a regular throughout 2010-11.
