Aaron Mitchell is a young defender who graduated from the academy to professional status with Nottingham Forest.

The tall centre back established himself in the club’s reserve team in 2008-09 and the following season he featured on the bench in a number of early-season matches although he was not called into action for the first team.

In November 2009 he went out on loan to Conference North club Ilkeston Town to gain further experience of senior football.

Aaron was one of four players released by Forest in January 2010, and he later joined Tamworth before moving on to Eastwood Town for the 2011-12 season.
