Player Details

Paul Taylor is an attacking player who signed for Peterborough United in March 2011 after a spell out of the game. Paul began his career as a trainee at Manchester City but was released as a teenager. He later joined Conference outfit Vauxhall Motors where his performances earned him a six-month loan move to the then League Two club Chester City in the summer of 2008. Paul made his Football League debut while at Chester but his move was cut short by off-the-field issues. After a period away from football he resurrected his career in Belgium starting with the provincial league club RRFC Montegnee. Paul's performances earned him a move to Anderlecht in January 2010. Soon after joining the top-flight club he was loaned to Charleroi only to later return to England. He was an unused substitute on several occasions for Posh in the final weeks of 2010-11, making his debut when he came off the bench at Bristol Rovers.
