Player Details

Scott Parker is a midfield player who was a resounding success at West Ham United after joining from Newcastle United in 2007. Scott had another outstanding season at Upton Park in 2010-11 and again was a hugely influential player. He won the Hammer of the Year award for the third consecutive season and was named as the Football Writers? Association Footballer of the Year. His performances earned him a recall to the England squad against Wales and he took his tally of caps to eight. Scott is a tough tackling centre midfield man who began his career at Charlton Athletic. He made his first-team debut as a 16-year-old, and later played for Chelsea and Newcastle before arriving at West Ham. Scott moved on to sign for Tottenham Hotspur in August 2011.
