Williams and Hayes leave Iron

Scunthorpe United have cancelled the contract of Marcus Williams after the full-back turned down a new deal.The 24-year-old, whose contract was due to expire in June, is expected to move south to join Reading. Williams came through the ranks at Glanford Park and made 196 appearances for The Iron in all competitions.
