Three Interviewed for Preston vacancy

It is hoped that Preston will make a permanent appointment for the vacant managerial role before the game away at Rochdale on 2 January 2012.

Peter Risdale confirmed that he has so far interviewed three candidates for the job and explained there were more lined up but did not give away any names or how many more were to be interviewed.

He did confirm that he was hopeful to have the new man in charge by the away game at Rochadale at the start of 2012.
