Simpson issues player warning

Preston North End boss Paul Simpson has demanded a more professional approach from his players next season following their disappointing end to the current campaign.
Simpson's side missed out on a play-off place on a dramatic final day of the Championship season.
And the Lilywhites manager has admitted he has learned a great deal about his players during the final few disappointing weeks of the campaign.
"There are a lot of players who believe they can do exactly what they want during the week and then go out, flick a switch and just perform on a Saturday. Unfortunately that doesn't happen," he told the club's official website.
"The big thing I have been saying to the players is ask yourself the question 'are you doing everything you possibly can to be successful?'
"I'm not the sort of person to publicly come out and say it but they have to question themselves and whether they want to be really successful.
"Whether it is for Preston North End, for themselves or whether it is for anywhere that they have dreams of playing then everything has to be totally professional."
