Preston make boardroom appointment

The 49-year-old chartered surveyor is a lifelong North End fan and is the managing partner of Frank Whittle Partnership. Preston-born, he has been heavily connected with the club for the last 15 years since the conception of plans to develop the Deepdale stadium.
