Preston Eye Buchanan

National sources state that David Buchanan will sign for Preston on a free transfer when his contract expires with Tranmere.

Buchanan is believed to have turned down a two year deal at Prenton Park and will follow Welsh from Tranmere to Preston. The defender will become Preston's fifth signing with Westley looking to sure up his defence.
