Ormerod leaves Lilywhites

Preston North End have terminated Brett Ormerod's Deepdale contract by mutual consent.
The 32-year-old has endured an injury-ravaged spell with the club, making only 41 starts following his transfer from Southampton three years ago.
Boss Alan Irvine has allowed the former Blackpool striker to have spells on loan with Nottingham Forest and Oldham Athletic this term.
His last appearance for the Lilywhites was as a substitute in a 1-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace almost 11 months ago.
