Preston North End have handed teenage goalkeeper Andrew Murphy a contract extension. Lilywhites boss Alan Irvine has been impressed with the form of the 19-year-old shot-stopper while on loan at Northwich Victoria and Vauxhall Motors this season. "We've already told Andy that we will be giving him another contract," he told the club's official website. "I've been very impressed with him, he looks like a promising young goalkeeper. "He's a fantastic shape and size, he kicks the ball very well and he's got good hands." Meanwhile, Tamas Priskin has left Deepdale after Watford decided to recall the on-loan Hungary striker.
