Match Called Off

Preston's Boxing Day clash at Scunthorpe has been called off due to the Arctic conditions. For the second year in a row, Preston will be without a match on Boxing Day. An inspection took place at Glanford Park this morning by a local referee who declared the pitch unplayable. Tickets will be valid for the re-arranged fixture although a date has yet to be set.
