Irvine cools keeper reports

Preston North End boss Alan Irvine has dismissed reports that goalkeeper Andy Lonergan is set to leave the club this summer.
The 25-year-old keeper has been linked with a move to Premier League-bound Sheffield United, but Irvine has denied a report that the Blades have already been in touch.
"That's news to me," he said. "I haven't had a phone call from anyone and I think I'd have known if there was anything like that going on.
"There are always going to be newspaper stories like this and there's nothing we can do about it.
"But I can assure you we haven't heard a word from any club. And I'll be happy if it stays that way."
