Goalkeeping coach quits Peterborough

Ward withdrew from Posh's training camp in Tenerife at the last minute on Saturday citing illness but arrived at London Road on Monday morning to hand in his resignation. Ward joined the club following the departure of Andy Dibble to Rotherham but is expected to follow former boss Darren Ferguson to Deepdale.
