Ferguson delighted for youngsters

North End twice came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw and then won 3-0 on spot-kicks at the Stadium of Light in front of Ferguson. The Deepdale chief beamed: "I am absolutely delighted for them. "We showed all the ingredients; good character, good football, never gave up and I am very pleased. "The staff have obviously done a very good job with them and it was a good night for the club."
