Elliott Expected To Join Hearts This Week

The Hearts boss, Jim Jeffries has confirmed that he expects Stephen Elliott to be a Hearts player by the end of the week. Elliott has been released from his contract at Preston and has agreed to take a significant drop in wages to join Hearts. Jeffries explained that Elliott just has to go through the official procedures but was hopeful he would put pen to paper before the end of the week.
