Another Joins Fleetwood

Conor Mclaughlin has followed Barry Nicholson in leaving Preston to join Fleetwood Town.

Mclaughlin looked like a star of the future for Preston when he featured heavily in their relegation season before breaking his leg. He never really recovered from his injury and without publicly admitting it he seemed to fall out with Westley.

The full back was sent out on loan to Shrewsbury where some thought he would join on a permanent basis but it appears he has opted for a nearer option by joining new League outfit Fleetwood.
