We deserved more, says Irvine
Saturday's defeat to Cardiff saw the Lilywhites drop to 14th in the table, their lowest league position of the season.[LNB]Without a win in six, Irvine believes they should be higher up the table.[LNB]He told the Lancashire Evening Post: "I don't think I'm looking at things through rose-coloured glasses, it would be difficult to accuse me of that - more often I'm likely to go the other way.[LNB]"Having sat down and watched the Cardiff game again on DVD, I came away thinking we deserved more than what we got.[LNB]"That is the kind of spell we are going through at the moment, I would be much happier to say we were winning games and had been a touch fortunate."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
