Trotman On Trial At Doncaster
Forgotten man Neal Trotman has ended up starting pre-season at Doncaster after being released by Preston at the end of last season. The centre back who was a promising acquisition appeared to fall out with every North End manager that came to the helm and spent the majority of his time out on loan. His wages may have been an issue but it is sad to see such a talent disappear knowing that Preston are struggling at the back. Trotman is a free agent and has joined pre-season training with Doncaster amongst several others with a hope of getting a permanent deal.
