Preston winger Keith Treacy admitted falling to the bottom of the npower Championship jolted his side into life and sparked their upturn in form. North End looked destined for a fight with relegation before an inspired run of results during the past week. They picked up seven points after winning at Coventry and Leeds and drawing with Reading at Deepdale on Saturday. Treacy, 22, said: "Going bottom shocked us but I think we have kicked on this week and shown everybody what we are capable of doing. "We'd definitely have taken seven points at the start of the week - especially two away wins."
