Transfer Embargo Lifted
After the debt to the HMRC was settled and the winding up petition dismissed the league have now lifted Preston's transfer embargo. Preston are now able to wheel and deal in the transfer market although it looks as if Ferguson will have to offload before he can bring in new blood. It was never expected that there would be many comings and goings before the end of July due to the way the majority of players' contracts are drafted.
