Preston snatched a draw thanks to a 96th minute equaliser against Forest who had only taken the lead moments earlier in added on time. Preston matched their hosts who ere unbeaten in 35 games at the City Ground and the Whites took the lead after 16 minutes as Barry Nicholson scored his second in two games. Forest equalised through loan signing Paul Konchesky in the second half before searching for a winner. That appeared to have happened when Cohen scored in the 92nd minute. After 96 minutes Keith Treacey crossed for Billy Jones to head home with another late goal from the full back which sees Preston cut the defecit to ten points to fourth bottom.
