The first official signs of player movement were initiated today as Ferguson named eight players who were to be placed on the transfer list. All loaned out players have been placed on the list. Collins is currently at Leeds and set to agree a deal whilst Nolan has finished the season at Sheff Wed and may well join up with his old boss on a permanent basis. Elliott has spent some time on loan at promoted Norwich who may look to take the striker on full time whilst defender Neal Trotman who is going through the play-offs at Huddersfield is also on the list. Carter and Sedgewick have both been transfer listed although with their contracts both ending in the summer they are likely to walk away from the club for free. Michael Hart and Liam Chilvers are also on the list but likely to leave as well before the summer is out. Both Mellor and Chaplow are under contract but Ferguson is willing to listen to offers for the pair.
