The winger who turned down a new deal at Deepdale was out of contract at the beginning of July. He has now signed on a free tarnsfer with Shrewsbury.
Westley clearly wanted Parry to stay by offering him a new deal but the Welshman clearly thought better of it and turned his back on Grahm Westley to join up with former boss Graham Turner at Shrewsbury.
