Russell In Greek Switch
Darell Russell who has been frozen out at Deepdale has been linked with a move to Greek side, Larissa. Russell who is a high earner brought in by (yep you guessed it) Fergie Jnr has not impressed in his 12 months since arriving on a free. Brown has given the midfielder a chance but after a woeful game in pre-season against Wigan he has not been seen since. Preston have an abundance of midfield players and it is likely that Russell will be allowed to leave for a nominal amount if not for free to get him off the wage bill.
