Preston Given Home Tie

30 October 2011 14:55
Preston feature in the first round of the FA Cup for the first time since 1999 and have been given a home tie.

North End will face Southend who are flying high in League Two under the stewardship of Paul Sturrock. The match should take place on either 12 or 13 November with the formalities set to be arranged this week.

It is also international weekend so if the match does go ahead then Preston are likely to be without the services of Daley and Hulme, if fit by then.
