Preston Agree St Ledger Fee

Sean St Ledger has been allowed to speak to Leicester after the two clubs agreed a fee for the sale of the Irish international. It is thought a fee in the region of £1.3 million has been agreed for the defender with St Ledger set to hammer out personal terms over the weekend in time to join Leicester early next week. The sale means that Preston will have managed to ship out one of their high earners whilst getting a sizeable fee from the transfer. Unfortunately, Phil Brown is now short of experience at the back although he was without St Ledger for most of the end of the season.
