Phil Brown Appointment Confirmed
It has now been confirmed that Phil Brown has been appointed as the new manager of Preston. Brown who has previous experience at Derby and Hull will take charge of the Whites. He had a successful career with Hull taking them to the top flight and keeping them their for a season before he parted ways in 2010.
