North End have spent four days in Spain this week at a training camp as they seek to rectify the weaknesses which were so brutally exposed in a 2-0 loss at Watford last weekend.[LNB]Alan Irvine's men now face a tough home clash against high-flying Newcastle after the international break and Parkin accepts they must raise their game.[LNB]"We have to have a good look at ourselves and start competing again," he said.[LNB]"There are no positives at all which we could take from the Watford game.[LNB]"If we play like that against Newcastle in our next game then they'll get six."[LNB][LNB]
