Proctor has asked for a transfer should a bigger club come along. THe youngster who has come through th eranks has interested several parties over the past 12 months but it is thought that Crystal Palace will make a bid for Proctor once the transfer window opens.
It is epected that Preston will accept an offer with Proctor wanting to leave and also the player has only one year left on his deal so they need to cash in on any sale.
