Owls Won't Fly Away
Gary Megson ahs reaffirmed that Neil Mellor is still his number one transfer target to bring to Sheff Wed before the start of the season. The deal appeared to go off the boil with Mellor failing to agree terms and joining the Whites for pre-season training. He scored in yesterday's match at Kilmarnock but Megson has reported to the press that he wants the striker to join Wednesday on a permanent basis and is hopeful a deal can be struck.
