North End look at Dimbala
Preston have confirmed Congolese striker Patrick Dimbala is on trial at the club.
Dimbala has been training with North End and could feature in the pre-season friendly against Oldham on Saturday, subject to international clearance.
"He has been brought to our attention as many things happen with an agent," manager Darren Ferguson told the club`s official website. "He has been playing in Greece. All I have seen of him is a dvd but he looks quick and has good strength.
"He has actually trained well. We are hoping to get international clearance.
"We have got to see him in a game and get him up to speed fitness-wise but he has done okay."
