The former Arsenal trainee has started the last four games having been on the sidelines for 17 months with a ruptured Achilles.[LNB]Chilvers told the Lancashire Evening Post: "It was frustrating to be out for so long, and it dawned on me the other week just how long I'd been out.[LNB]"To miss almost 18 months in a career which, on average, lasts eight years is a big chunk.[LNB]"I've had to learn a few things again, well maybe not learn them, but get used to them again.[LNB]"It's all about getting yourself into the right position and places on the pitch, a yard wrong either side and it makes it easier for the opposition."[LNB][LNB]
