Mellor Set For January Exit

With less than a year left on his contract Preston may attempt to cash in at the last possible moment on striker Neil Mellor.

Rangers are looking at the forward as a possible replacement in the January transfer window. Preston would have to let the striker leave for nothing next summer so Hemmings may well take the view to cash in the frontman in January to get some reimbursement for the injury prone striker.
