A closer look at the two players who have been on trial.The first is Czech goalkeeper Martin Lejsal Martin Lejsal was born in Kyjov, Czechosolvia on 16 September 1982. The 6ft 5 in goalkeeper stated his youth career with FC Vracov, Banik Ratiskovice and Tescoma Zlin. He made his debut for Czech side Tescoma Zlin in the 1999/2000 season, between 1999 and 2001 he made 29 appearances. In 2001 he joined Italian side Reggina Calcio but only made a handful of appearances. It was with the Italian side he made his two Czech Republic Under 21 appearances. After a short spell back in his own country in 2004 with Slovan Liberec. He returned to Italy with Venezia making 10 appearances. The following year he joined another Italian side in Padova but didn’t make a league appearance. In 2006 he joined Czech side FC Zbrojovka Brno where he has made the bulk of his career appearances. Between 2006 and 2009 he made 73 appearances with the club rejecting an offer from Middlesborough for his services during his time with the club. In July 2009 he initially joined QPR for a trial before joining Bristol City. He made three friendly appearances for the Robins including his debut in a 2-0 win over Premier League Wolves. With his agent looking a quick deal and interest in Holland he joined SC Heerenveen where he made 10 appearances for the Dutch club. This year has seen him rejoin FC Brno and has made 10 appearances before going on trail with PNE.
