North End have not tasted top-flight football since 1961 but last week's home win over Coventry has ensured they remain in the hunt for a play-off berth.[LNB]Charlton look destined for relegation from the Championship and Jones is determined that his side capitalise on their weaknesses this weekend.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "We are going there to get back-to-back wins.[LNB]"It's going to be a hard game, they're all such a grind and everyone knows that.[LNB]"In their position they're fighting for survival with nothing to lose.
