James relishing derby clash
Preston loan star Matt James admits he can hardly wait for this weekend's home clash against derby rivals Blackpool.
The Manchester United midfielder, 18, scored on his debut for North End in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Sheffield United.
He is set to retain his starting berth for the visit of the Seasiders as Darren Ferguson's men seek to heap more misery on their sworn enemies.
James said: "Obviously, being from Lancashire, I know about derbies and to be at United I know all about the Manchester derby.
"Now, being a Preston player, I understand what the Preston fans want against Blackpool on Saturday, so let's hope we can give it to them."
