Preston manager Alan Irvine has admitted his business in the January transfer window is over unless he can off-load players.North End have already completed the permanent signings of Eddie Nolan and Ross Wallace this month.Irvine told BBC Radio Lancashire: "We can't do anything until some players move out."We just don't have the resources to do it. I don't think we'll be alone in that in the Championship."He added: "The fact is that our wage bill is very high at this particular time, for us. It's not compared to a number of clubs in our division but we have to cut our cloth accordingly to what we can afford."Preston have already sent Simon Whaley, Karl Hawley, Brett Ormerod and Lewis Neal out on loan this season.
