Irivne wants defensive improvement
North End's bid to win promotion from the Championship is being undermined by the travel sickness which has seen them lose nine times on the road this season.
Irvine is demanding an improvement from his players and said: "We need to react in a positive way against Palace.
"We need to make sure we eradicate those errors because they just can't be part of our game. It's as simple as that."
