Ipswich Continue St Ledger Chase
Reports suggest that Ipswich are continuing with their chase of defender Sean St Ledger. The Suffolk side had been linked with a move for the Irish international earlier in the transfer window but with less than 48 hours of the transfer window remaining, no bid has been received. Preston have stuck a £2.5 million price tag on the defender but are reluctant to let him go as they try to keep as many players as possible to fight off relegation in what is an already thin squad.
