Hume could return
Preston boss Darren Ferguson has admitted on-loan Barnsley striker Iain to Deepdale after his initial 93-day loan expires.
Saturday's home clash with Ipswich is the last game of Hume's loan spell but a deal is believed to be in place for him to join North End permanently when the transfer window opens in January.
Ferguson said: "Iain made a big impact when he first came in. He has great energy and a great enthusiasm for the game.
"There is a chance Iain will return, let's wait and see.
"Iain gives us options, as well as playing up front he can play wide right."
